Valley Run Property Services, LLC is a veteran-owned and operated company locally at 35 Tecumseh Road, Waterville Valley, serving over 500+ association units and private homes in the community. We are an established property management company entering our 9th year in the valley. Our goal is to give board members and owners the personal, educated service that we feel is missing in today’s practices and pride ourselves on educating our customers in the process. Our employees are trained and have the mindset to treat each home and property with respect and caregiving the most professional, courteous service possible.
Valley Run’s approach to a solution to any job or task is where we begin. We first identify the problem or issue at hand. Once identified, the proper action is taken, notifying the board of directors, tradespeople, and/or emergency services. During this process, we will contact a subcontractor who will fit the project's needs. Knowing the subs is crucial as we grow to learn their specialties and their limitations. We will choose the proper sub to perform the job effectively and save you money in the process. We stand by all work performed to your complete satisfaction.
